After BP drilled to 1.5km with Deepwater Horizon. Disaster strikes resulting in 3 oil spills. What follows are some plans for a new dome that could solve the oil spill.

The new dome floats like a submarine and can be controlled using submarine ROV's. Once in place concrete is poured into the dome so that it is both sealed and has enough mass to hold the pressure.
